Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review

Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review

Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review | longdistancebaking.comWhen Kelly and I did our Whole30 adventure, I was worried I was going to miss cheese. I love cheese. I love ritz crackers with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs with goat cheese, a bagel slathered in cream cheese, a thick chunk of fresh mozzarella on a pizza…me and cheese have a good thing going on. When I came back from my dairy free month, cheese was right there waiting for me. Literally. It now shows up at my door!

Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review | longdistancebaking.comYou may remember me talking about my wine subscription with Bright Cellars awhile back. Well now they have introduced another aspect of their delivery service and this time it is a Cheese Experience! Bright Cellars is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the heart of cheese country, so it only made sense for the MIT grads to start exploring their options.

Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review | longdistancebaking.comTo get started with your Cheese Experience, you complete a 7 question “taste palate survey” to begin matching you with cheeses. Based on your responses you will then be sent 4 unique varieties, most made locally in Wisconsin. Then comes the fun part…eating it all! I’ll take any excuse for a cheese tray I can get. Each cheese comes with an info card and lists a few pairing options. Once you’ve tried them all, you log back into your Bright Cellars account and rate your matches. This will help your future orders be even more customized to your taste preferences.

Bright Cellars Cheese Experience Review | longdistancebaking.comA normal shipment is $55 for your personalized Cheese Experience. If you are looking for a fun girls night activity, hosting a holiday party or just really love cheese I would highly recommend this! Especially because Bright Cellars is offering 50% off your first order if you follow this link! You can cancel your subscription at any time or even spread your shipments out further apart, which is what I did, all by simply contacting your concierge member. The price was a bit high for me to justify keeping a monthly membership, but overall I really enjoyed this experience!
