With June just around the corner (and unaccustomed to the humidity of Louisiana) I’m already looking forward to summer smoothies and cold drinks! Last summer I got in the habit of freezing extra fruit for this very reason, but of course didn’t bother to do anything with them until now.
I’m also not a fan of green smoothies, so I kept this one allllll fruit. But if you wanted to add spinach or chia seeds or something to “healthy” it up a bit, be my guest!
Something about pineapple always makes me feel like I’m on a tropical vacation. Does anyone else feel that way? And since I don’t have a tropical vacation any time in the near future, it looks like I’ll just keep drinking these smoothies!

Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
~1/2 c cut fresh pineapple
handful raspberries
1/2 c greek yogurt
splash of juice if needed to thin
ice cubes (if not using frozen fruit)
Blend all ingredients together until combined, adjust ratios to reach desired consistency.
