Kahlua Espresso Crinkles

Happy Monday friends! Don’t you just love Mondays?? Oh wait…maybe that’s just me. Since I work a weekend shift, technically Mondays are my “Fridays” and I end up the most chipper person at work! But in case you’re like the rest of the world and

“Embrace the current season of your life.” -Gabrielle Blair February 2014 is almost over… what?!? I feel like it was just Halloween and now you can see St. Patrick’s Day decorations all over the grocery store! This year is flying by, of course every year

Valentine’s Day Puppy Chow

Valentine’s Day Puppy Chow

Well Stephanie, I guess I take the cake on baking procrastination… In my defense, I made this specifically for Valentine’s Day at the office but just haven’t blogged about it until now. Happy World Nutella Day! It is incredibly random that we have a World Nutella Day. Seriously, who comes up with these kinds of days?? Not that I am complaining. As previously mentioned more than once, I am a Nutella addict. And if there is any

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

If Kelly has a Nutella addiction, I have a peanut butter addiction: on my toast at breakfast, with an apple at lunch, by the spoonful for a snack, on my ice cream at night…it’s a daily necessity. I recently found this honey peanut butter from

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

It was requested that I bring something with chocolate into work. Something with chocolate but without peanut butter… weird, I know, because peanut butter and chocolate is the ultimate pairing but that was the request. I thought of making a cheesecake or brownies or chocolate crinkle cookies with the powdered sugar on top. Instead, I settled on oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Why? Because I like them. It was purely for selfish reasons.

Peach Mimosa

Guys…I’m cold. I know it’s not as cold here as that whole “Polar Vortex” thing back East I keep hearing about, but…I’m still cold. And I don’t remember the last time I saw the sun. Boise is in a valley and keeps getting these inversion
